Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Workers should wear appropriate PPE, such as helmets, gloves, safety boots, and protective clothing, to minimize the risk of injuries and exposure to hazardous materials.
Training and Capacity building
Workers should receive adequate training on construction safety practices, handling of equipment, and awareness of potential hazards to enhance their safety knowledge and skills. The association, in partnership with relevant organizations, will provide training for the construction workers so that to improve the labour skills and knowledge.

Avoiding Substance Abuse
Maintaining sobriety is paramount for workplace safety. Alcohol and substance abuse not only jeopardize the health and well-being of workers but also pose significant risks to their colleagues and the overall productivity of the workplace. Impaired judgment resulting from substance abuse can increase the likelihood of accidents, injuries, and even fatalities on job sites. Employers should enforce strict policies against alcohol and drug use in the workplace, provide education and support for employees struggling with addiction, and offer resources for rehabilitation and recovery.
